Manual TransmissionFor manual transmission equipped BMW and Mercedes, there is no filter, pump, or computer to store fault codes. Manual transmissions do not require a full service, but the fluid still needs to be replaced at regular intervals. The recommended interval is every 30,000-60,000 miles, depending on year and model. We use a fluid that meets or exceeds all Factory Lifetime Fluid requirements.
Automatic TransmissionBMW and Mercedes with automatic transmission require full services which includes replacement of the transmission oil filter and the pan gasket.
